Cancellation and Refunds

At WoiramCards, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of an order. We strive to provide a clear and fair cancellation process for our customers. Our cancellation policy is detailed below:

Products that cannot be cancelled:

-Custom material: Every custom product created at WoiramCards is made on demand, meaning we create the product for you at the moment you order it. Therefore, we ask that you be very sure when ordering. If the product you receive is in poor condition, please let us know.

-Opened material : If you receive a sealed item, once it is discarded we will not be able to do anything with it.


Cancellation before shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and process a full refund, if possible. However, please note that some orders may be processed and shipped quickly, so we cannot always guarantee cancellation before shipping.

Cancellation after shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot cancel it. In this case, you can return the item once you have received it according to our return policy.

How to request a cancellation:

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

Order number
Details of the item(s) you wish to cancel
Reason for cancellation

Refunds:

If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, we'll process a full refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within [number of days] business days.

Exceptions:

Please note that some purchases may be subject to special terms and conditions that may affect our standard cancellation policy. These terms and conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds for defective or damaged products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. To process your refund, we will need photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product, as well as a detailed description of the problem. Once we receive this information, we will evaluate your claim and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the refund.

Refunds for cancellations before shipment:

If you cancel your order before it has shipped and the cancellation is approved according to our cancellation policy, we will process a full refund using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 15 business days.

Refunds for other reasons:

If you would like a refund for a reason other than a defective or damaged product, or a cancellation prior to shipping, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will evaluate each case individually and do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Customs:

The company is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise at customs, and these will be borne by the buyer.
